Heading up the team, Jai has been working in the industry for 7 years, where he has gained his experience both locally and in Australia. Now having taken on the challenge of opening a venue with his father, Jai took inspiration from the team around him to create a space of excellent quality and a hospitable environment. Personally he enjoys red wine or whisky as his tipple of choice.
