Head Chef

Our head chef has a wealth of experience ranging over 17 years, where he’s run kitchens such as The Clivedon Hotel – Berkshire, The Norfolk Royal Hotel – Bournemouth, and more recently The Kitchen – Poole Park. He uses inspirations and knowledge from all his previous kitchens and combines them to create a fresh, seasonal and delicious menu. 

His favourite dishes to cook for friends and family are lamb shank and brûlée.
